Use of and reliance of the SECONDLEFT website generally, is subject to the SECONDLEFT Terms of Service and the SECONDLEFT Website Privacy Policy.

By accessing, viewing, relying on, or otherwise using our website and Services, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them and by any other notice contained on our website (as amended from time to time).
If you do not accept these Terms of, use you are not authorised to use our website or our Services.

 

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone, and any exercise program may result in injury.
Please always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before completing any exercise program, especially if you have any chronic or reoccurring condition, and/or if you are pregnant, nursing, or elderly.

The exercise programs in the SECONDLEFT Core Challenge are not recommended if you experience chest pains or have uncontrolled blood pressure or other uncontrolled chronic diseases.
We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate professional health and training advice from a qualified medical specialist both before and during your participation in these nutritional guidelines and exercise programs. Any participant in this guide does so at their own risk.

 

To the extent permitted by law, neither we, nor any of our employees, agents or officers are liable to you for any direct or indirect loss or ability arising from, or any costs, charges or expertness you incur in connection with:

By performing any of the exercises in the SECONDLEFT Core challenge program, you assume all risks of injury from doing so. SECONDLEFT or any contributing partners of the SECONDLEFT Core Challenge are not responsible or liable for any injury or loss you may sustain by participating in this program.

 

Warming up before exercising is recommended and never exercise beyond the level at which you feel comfortable. Please stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, soreness, fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, light headedness, blurred vision, headache, nausea, sickness, illness, dehydration, excessive sweating, or any other discomfort. If any of these symptoms persist after you stop exercising, please seek medical help immediately.

 

SECONDLEFT And any contributing partners of the SECONDLEFT Core challenge make no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, with respect to the safety, usefulness or the result of this exercise program or challenge.

 

 

SECONDLEFT Friday May SHOCK SALE Terms and Conditions

These supplementary terms and conditions for the May SHOCK SALE, which starts Thursday 4th May 7.30pm AEST.

To the extent these terms are inconsistent with our standard terms and conditions these terms and conditions apply for the SHOCK SALE period.

ORDERS

1. You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. If you do not then we cannot guarantee any details on your order will be able to be amended or updated. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
2. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, SECONDLEFT is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Due to much higher-than-normal order volume, as well as our automated systems that are in place to get orders shipped out as fast as possible, we will not be able to change or amend any details on your order once it has been confirmed.

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have confirmed it, you may contact our customer service team but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order in those circumstances; You may be able to use your selected courier's self-service options (if there are such options) to amend your shipping address but SECONDLEFT cannot be liable for any delays or lost items for any incorrect information on your order.

1. All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within our SHOCK SALE Period. Sale prices only apply to completed customer orders and purchases. Items in cart are not confirmed or held until checkout is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number once your order is complete.

1. Products are likely to sell out quickly during the SHOCK SALE sale period due to increased traffic on our website. We cannot guarantee availability or any restocks during the sale period. We are sorry but we are unable to give rain checks on sale items.
2. Please be aware that items purchased during our SHOCK SALE are marked down and are therefore strictly non-returnable and considered final sale, unless deemed faulty by our Returns Team and cannot be repaired or replaced. Please choose carefully when purchasing, as no returns, credits or exchanges will be provided for orders placed during this time. This does NOT affect your statutory rights – for more information please see repair, replace, refund cancel | ACCC.
3. SECONDLEFT reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time and you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method. We will contact you should this occur.
4. Skip the Queue – Priority shipping will be available during our SHOCK SALE sales period which ensures your order will be sent to the front of the queue for priority dispatch. We endeavour to ship these orders within 2 business days however we cannot guarantee the priority shipping orders will be dispatched within this timeframe due to increased sales and traffic. All Priority shipping orders will be sent with express post.
5. SAME DAY – Same day delivery will be available during our SHOCK SALE however; this will only operate on business days. If you place an order outside of business hours or after the 1pm cut off, we will dispatch your order with same day delivery on the next business day.

 

Black Friday Terms and Conditions        

These supplementary terms and conditions for the Black Friday Sales Period, which is 17^th November 8pm AEDT to 1st December 2022 11.59pm.

To the extent these terms are inconsistent with our standard terms and conditions these terms and conditions apply for the Black Friday sales period.

SHIPPING

1. We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
   
   We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
   Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team is working hard to make sure you get your SECONDLEFT as soon as possible.
   
   
   
2. Unfortunately, there is a chance your order may incur shipping delays once they have been picked up by your selected courier from the SECONDLEFT Warehouse.
   
   is unable to control any transit delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your tracking links and note your estimated delivery date during this time but please contact our customer service team at helpme@SECONDLEFTcom.au if something doesn't seem right.

SECONDLEFT Branded gift cards (Online & Physical) entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.

Gift Cards are only redeemable within any SECONDLEFT Store in Australia and the online retail store at SECONDLEFTcom.au

Gift cards must not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.

The value on the Gift Card includes GST.

Gift cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the Gift Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the goods or services.
SECONDLEFT Is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards.

A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card (i.e. SECONDLEFT branded Gift Card)
