LAUNCH & SALES SHIPPING; We ship Monday - Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed by a few business days. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your SECONDLEFT as soon as possible.

  • $9.95 SAME DAY DELIVERY - For Sydney Metro Deliveries Only. Not applicable for Pre-Sale items. Available Monday to Friday. Order before 1pm for delivery 6-9pm tonight. Any orders made after 1pm will be delivered the following business day.

DUTIES & TAXES; Orders outside of Australia are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, allowing customers to pay for additional duties & taxes at checkout. DDP is calculated using delivery location and the value of the order. DDP is added to the cost of your order at checkout, however SECONDLEFT has no control over any additional duties & taxes upon import. Please note, SECONDLEFT cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

PRE-SALE & IN STOCK ITEMS; Please contact us directly at help@SECONDLEFT.com in order to split pre-sale and in stock items into two shipments, this is done automatically and free of charge for Australian orders over $180. Please note, we cannot split pre-sale and in stock shipments for overseas orders. 

PLEASE NOTE; 
SECONDLEFT will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to become active).
SECONDLEFT cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
SECONDLEFT are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
